Infosys BPO Wins M&A Award at Pacific Atlas Awards
Infosys BPO acquired McCamish Systems in November 2009 to reinforce business solutions for insurance and financial services companies. McCamish enhances our capabilities with proprietary VPAS, PMACS and Deferral platforms. The industry-leading VPAS platform supports traditional and non-traditional life insurance and annuities. In addition, the integrated sales and administration support solutions are 409A-compliant for the retirement and financial services industries. The M&A Atlas Awards recognize top deals, dealmakers and firms across mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital communities. Gopal Devanahalli, Vice President and IBU Head, Communications, Media and Entertainment Business Unit, Infosys BPO, received the award.
